Using the site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the site at scale, misuse another person’s information, or use our content or services to violate any law or third-party right.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location to make a purchase. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Products and availability

We work to present product descriptions, colors, sizing, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings, production variations, photography, and fulfillment updates may cause reasonable differences. Items may be limited, changed, or discontinued without notice. We may limit quantities or decline an order when necessary to prevent fraud, correct an error, or protect the store and its customers.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Your cart is an invitation to purchase, not acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and final totals are displayed at checkout. Payments and checkout may be processed by Shopify or Stripe under their own terms and privacy practices.

If a price, product, inventory, or technical error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the issue, cancel the affected item, and issue any required refund.

Shipping, fulfillment, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, inventory, production, weather, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the selected carrier terms. Any shipping, return, exchange, cancellation, or refund terms shown on the product page or at checkout are incorporated into these terms. Promotions

Discounts, countdowns, promotional codes, giveaways, and limited releases may have additional conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or ended where permitted by law. A countdown may restart for a new promotional period; the price and terms presented at checkout control your purchase.

Text and email updates

If you opt in, we may send product, drop, journal, and promotional messages. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end text messages or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. Transactional order messages may still be sent when needed to complete your purchase.

Purpose Journal and responsible-use content

Thrax Apparel sells apparel and related merchandise; it does not sell cannabis through this site. Journal and responsible-use content is provided for general education and commentary only. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice and does not encourage unlawful or unsafe activity. Cannabis laws and health risks vary; follow applicable law and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Intellectual property

The Thrax Apparel name, logos, graphics, product photography, designs, text, video, and site presentation are owned by or licensed to Thrax Apparel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site and keep ordinary personal records of a purchase, but you may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Reviews and submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting a review, comment, photo, or other material, you give Thrax Apparel a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, and display it in connection with the store and its marketing. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content. We may moderate or remove submissions, but we are not required to publish them.

Third-party services and links

The site may connect to checkout, fulfillment, social media, messaging, analytics, and other third-party services. We do not control third-party sites or their terms, availability, security, or content. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated by us. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrax Apparel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Thrax Apparel from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or content you submit.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Illinois, unless consumer law requires another venue or procedure. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
